Key Responsibilities
- Must hold a High School Diploma or GED certificate Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks Be able to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred) Must have one (1) year of clerical experience, preferably in a correctional setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental health or substance abuse issues Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information and integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening Working Conditions: Must have the physical and mental capacity to work in an environment that may be less than pristine, as well as manage and maintain physical and mental health when encountering stressful situations.
