Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services while managing patient assessments and discharge planning within a hospital setting. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and ensure continuity of care through community resource linkage.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure at the associate level or certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) II is required within twelve months of hire.
