About the Role
Join La Colonia Pharmacy Services as a Pharmacist in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in inspections (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, Joint Commission, Fire/Safety).
- Conduct monthly productivity analyses, performance evaluations, and required reporting.
- Lead monthly departmental meetings and maintain documentation required for accreditation.
- Manage inventory control, including prescription/OTC orders, flu vaccine reservations, and physical inventory reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Active Florida Pharmacist License, maintained with required continuing education.
- 1–2 years of practical pharmacy experience, such as internships, rotations, or clinical/retail practice.
