About the Role

Join La Colonia Pharmacy Services as a Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in inspections (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, Joint Commission, Fire/Safety).

• Conduct monthly productivity analyses, performance evaluations, and required reporting.

• Lead monthly departmental meetings and maintain documentation required for accreditation.

• Manage inventory control, including prescription/OTC orders, flu vaccine reservations, and physical inventory reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

• Active Florida Pharmacist License, maintained with required continuing education.

• 1–2 years of practical pharmacy experience, such as internships, rotations, or clinical/retail practice.
