About the Role

Join La Colonia Pharmacy Services as a Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in inspections (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, Joint Commission, Fire/Safety).

Conduct monthly productivity analyses, performance evaluations, and required reporting.

Lead monthly departmental meetings and maintain documentation required for accreditation.

Manage inventory control, including prescription/OTC orders, flu vaccine reservations, and physical inventory reporting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Active Florida Pharmacist License, maintained with required continuing education.

1–2 years of practical pharmacy experience, such as internships, rotations, or clinical/retail practice.
