Requirements

in OT Two years’ experience in neuro–rehabilitation preferred Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Licensed as COTA/L in State.

Other Skills and Abilities: N/A Other Requirements: Travel as needed Physical Requirements: Heavy work.

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
