Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications to patients after review and verification, ensuring patient information is correct.

• Counsel patients on prescribed medications, including dosage, side effects, interactions, and proper storage.

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.

• Maintain pharmacy records, including patient profiles, charge files, inventories, and controlled substance registries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program (PharmD or BS in Pharmacy)

• Current Michigan Pharmacist license in good standing

• Three (3) years of progressive experience in retail or clinic pharmacy operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Working knowledge of 340B pharmacy requirements preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
