The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care by administering infusions and injections while monitoring treatment responses and documenting SOAP notes. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care coordination.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license, board certification (AANP or ANCC), and BLS certification. Experience in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic is preferred, along with the ability to treat both adult and pediatric populations.
