ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients.
- (70%) Conducts an individual comprehensive evaluation for assigned patients.
- (10%) Completes all documentation according to regulatory.
Requirements
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- related needs including health insurance, health care delivery, population health management, dental solutions, reinsurance solutions, and innovative, technology solutions.
