Western NC Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered, integrated care with purpose and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical interviews and assessments, including Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs), standardized screenings, and biopsychosocial histories.
- Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral concerns and diagnose disorders using evidence
- based guidelines and assessment data.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans outlining goals and objectives and determining therapeutic interventions, frequency, and duration of treatment. Therapeutic Interventions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling.
- Fully licensed with LCSW or dually licensed with LCMHC and LCAS.
- Experience providing behavioral health services in primary care, integrated care, and/or community health settings.
- Experience functioning as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
