About the Role

Join Lower Cape Fear LifeCare as a Nurse Practitioner – IP Palliative Care – No Call in United States. Schedule: * Our Inpatient palliative care team serves patients 7 days a week. After your orientation period - your schedule will be determined based on need and discussed at the time of the interview.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll also collaborate with inpatient hospice clinical liaisons to coordinate and facilitate patient care at end

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Requirements
