Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School and possess either a PGY1 and PGY2 residency, or five years of clinical pharmacist experience in a specialty area as a substitute for residencies. A current California Pharmacist License and BLS certification are mandatory requirements for this role.
