as a Psychiatric Physician Assistant in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including initial and follow
- up assessments of patients’ mental health and overall well
- Diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, and other behavioral health conditions
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans for psychiatric conditions, prescribing medications as appropriate, and managing pharmacological treatments
Requirements
- Graduation from an ARC
- accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Michigan.
