Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including initial and follow

• up assessments of patients’ mental health and overall well

• Diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, and other behavioral health conditions

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for psychiatric conditions, prescribing medications as appropriate, and managing pharmacological treatments

Requirements

• Graduation from an ARC

• accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Michigan.
