Requirements

A Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from an accredited college is required, though a PharmD is preferred, along with licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio; ACLS is preferred. Preference is given to candidates with at least six months of hospital pharmacy internship or experience, or completion of a PGY1 residency.
