Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with physician to identify and connect with patients in need of nutrition counseling.

Evaluates patient and nutrition parameters, identifies goals/outcomes, completes risk assessment.

Selects appropriate dietary, behavioral, and physical interventions.

Provides nutrition/lifestyle education and counseling for individuals and groups.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in nutrition or related field.

Experience with individual and/or group counseling and education.

Preferred: Master’s degree in exercise physiology, nutrition, counseling or related fields.

Salary: $35.48 - $49.67/hr
