About the Role
Join AT&T as a Senior Psychologist - Assessments in United States. Job Description: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing validity studies and bias audits for the active assessment portfolio.
- Develop and implement assessment tools, such as work samples and interviews, in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct job analyses, research, focus groups, and additional data collection methods to support pre-hire assessment function needs.
- Identify and implement new supporting techniques for assessment best practices, including but not limited to cheating mitigation.
