Functional Family Therapist

Join Families and Youth Innovations Plus as a Functional Family Therapist – Flexible Schedule in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, adhering to fidelity standards established by FFT LLC.

• Conduct comprehensive family assessments including risk/needs evaluations, family functioning assessments, and individualized treatment planning.

• Deliver services in home, community, and office settings; maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate family availability including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Maintain a caseload as determined by program needs, typically ranging from 10–15 active family cases.

Requirements

• Participate in community outreach, training, and professional development activities as assigned.

• What You Need: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year of post-graduate clinical experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
