Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides care and education for patients based on their illness, symptoms, and courses of treatment. This position manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum education includes a Technical Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required licenses and certifications include a Registered Nurse license in Florida, BLS certification, and completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and ACLS within specified timeframes.
