Key Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioner – New Participant Assessment specializes in comprehensive evaluations and care planning for new participants.

• This role conducts initial assessments, formulates treatment plans, and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team to optimize participant health outcomes.

• Perform detailed physical, functional, and psychosocial assessments for new participants.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $150K - $180K

• 27 days PTO.

• CME allowance: $2,500.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
