Requirements

• of 2 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience required, (or) Minimum five years of clinical pharmacy practice experience Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred: Pharm D.

• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association within six weeks of hire into position.

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or within 90 days of hire into position.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $61.48 - $95.29/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
