About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Clinical Manager overseeing Missouri East Skilled Adult Nursing & Pediatrics Home Care. Lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality home health care.

Key Responsibilities

Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program.
Lead field staff delivering client care and supervise clinicians.
Assist with in-home client assessments and care planning.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri.
Minimum 3 years recent RN/LPN experience, preferably in home care.
At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
BSN/MSN preferred.
