Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the recruitment, selection, retention, training and supervision of nurses to ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care.

• Coordinates onboarding, training, and development of new nursing staff at the site.

• Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses performance concerns in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.

• Addresses patient concerns or complaints related to nursing care promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine.

• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience

• Knowledge and experience in implementing all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations relative to a physician practice Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office proficiency
