About the Role

Join IVI America as a Lead Registered Nurse in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Participates in the recruitment, selection, retention, training and supervision of nurses to ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care.

Coordinates onboarding, training, and development of new nursing staff at the site.

Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses performance concerns in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.

Addresses patient concerns or complaints related to nursing care promptly and effectively.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine.

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience

Knowledge and experience in implementing all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations relative to a physician practice Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office proficiency
