Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practitioner will assist physicians in the care and management of patients across inpatient, emergency, and clinic settings. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and conducting bedside rounds.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and possess a current, clear APRN or PA license in the State of Florida. BLS certification and the ability to obtain clinical privileges at UF Health Shands Hospital are required.
