Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health Visits in Senior Living

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health visits in senior living communities in Uniontown, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Prior home care experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and revise treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational/work experience.
• Computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

• Compensation: $65-$70 per point, paid weekly.
