Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT) holding an active CT Physical Therapist license and completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework. A strong preference is given to candidates with 2-3+ years of pelvic health experience and outpatient experience.
