About the Role

Join Project Find as a Lead Social Worker - Park 79 in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide conflict resolution and engage in tenant concerns in matters requiring enhanced intervention.

Responsible for any monthly, quarterly, and any other type of reporting requested of the program by its funder and/or organization.

Oversee staff scheduling and ensure staff maintain a presence at the residence during business hours.

Interface with the Property Management team to reconcile outstanding items, and to resolve ongoing concerns or issues related to residence, including both tenant and facility concerns and issues.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work required.

LMSW or LCSW strongly preferred with at least 2 years relevant experience in social services; assistance with.

Salary: $68,557 - $74,277/year

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
