Key Responsibilities

The Radiation Therapy Clinical Lead coordinates daily clinical operations, supports staff onboarding, and ensures high-quality patient care. They also act as a liaison between the therapy team and management while promoting a culture of safety and process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology with board certification in Radiation Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience in radiation therapy and active IEMA and ARRT certifications are required.
