Some evening and weekend hours are required to provide outreach, meet workload demands, fulfill departmental responsibilities, and provide quality services.

Requirements

Possession of a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work or related field.

A valid license to practice as mental health provider in the State of California (e. g., LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist) or eligible for licensure in California within 6 months of hire.

Knowledge of CA legal and ethical standards and ability to utilize sound ethical judgment during treatment, consultation, and crisis intervention.

Work in a university/college counseling center or related mental health setting.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
