The therapist will perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and maintain up-to-date treatment plans for clients. They will also provide scheduled patient visits and collaborate with case management and psychiatric teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with one year of experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling. A valid professional license (LSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) and a driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
