Join Action Behavior Centers as a School Readiness Behavior Therapist – Paid RBT Training in Gilbert, Arizona. In the ABC Academy program, you’ll help children ages 5–12 succeed by providing support alongside their school experience. * Make a difference every day by working hands-on with children with autism to build communication, social, and independent living skills through ABA therapy.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 5 to 12 using play-based ABA therapy to build communication and social skills. Additionally, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 30lbs and the ability to move quickly and frequently get on and off the floor.
