About the Role

Join Providence as a Intake Assessment Representative – Outpatient Behavioral Health in United States. Coordinates the screening and evaluation of patients as to appropriateness for assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews to the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline.
