About the Role

Join Vinfen as a Per Diem Residential Counselor (Mental Health Services) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Bonus applies to all Res Counselor Per Diem staff working at the programs listed below.

$100 bonus for staff working their first 24 direct care shift hours in a month.

Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.

Provide role model and support to persons served. Assist persons served in becoming fully integrated into their communities.

Requirements

Complete various paperwork and logs including communication logs, community membership logs, chore schedules, timesheets, and application forms.

Perform crisis intervention, as needed.

Provide Relief Pool Coordinator or Human Resources staff with current contact information, including working telephone number(s), email address, and mailing address.
