Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is not required for this position, but two years of experience in a hospital/medical office setting or relevant customer service experience is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to type 25 words per minute, have knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, healthcare applications), and demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and customer service skills.
