Occupational Therapist (2548) - Department of Public Health - (EXEMPT)

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, and implements mental health group and individual interventions for patients in psychiatric and acute care units. They are also responsible for documenting treatment sessions and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Experience working with chronic and acute mental illness in an inpatient hospital setting is highly desirable.
