Key Responsibilities

This role ensures the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department by managing day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and operations, including supervising daily activities and monitoring group functioning. Responsibilities also involve selecting, training, coaching staff, overseeing all medical group functions, and acting as a liaison between staff and physicians.

Requirements

Candidates must possess literacy, communication, and math skills equivalent to an Associate’s Degree, along with at least two years of experience in a physician's office or medical environment. Specific assignments may require Medical Assistant certification, Nursing Assistant certification, or an LPN license.
