- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 2.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program 3.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure 4.
- Nurse Practitioner certification in Hospice or Palliative Care within 1 year of starting the position 5.

- Salary: $43.50 - $48.00/hr
