About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full-time Occupational Therapist providing home visits in Yanceyville, North Carolina. Serve adult and geriatric patients across Person, Caswell, and Orange counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations including functional status and cognitive assessments.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Assess home environments for safety and equipment needs.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
  • Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

  • Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
  • Minimum one year recent OT experience.
  • Graduation from accredited OT program.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
