Requirements
- for Education: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy; BS Pharm or PharmD required; accredited clinical residency preferred.
- Licensure: Current state license to practice pharmacy.
- Experience: Two (2) years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
