Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Doctoral (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy and hold an active Pharmacist license in good standing in Texas. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of retail or clinic pharmacy experience, Pharmacist-in-Charge experience, and 340B experience.
