Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment prior to independent assignment of the applicable skill, and must complete and pass all annual competencies.

Licensure/Certifications State of California RPH (Pharmacist) license is required.

American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS is required.

ACLS must be completed prior to completion of the introductory period and independent assignment.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $84.32 - $112.76/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
