Key Responsibilities

• Provide documentation in the patient record that meets criteria for good medical practice, addresses legal mandates, and adequately supports billing codes.

• Assist the Medical Director in maintaining 24 hour, 7 day per week medical coverage for all Hope Hospice facilities and services (if applicable).

• Provide on-call coverage for Hope Palliative Care patients/families on a rotation basis (if applicable).

• Assist with special projects, as requested.

Requirements

• Specialty in Adult Health, Primary Care, and Geriatrics preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $10/hour.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Call responsibilities required.
