Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for oncology patients, including assessment of depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma-related conditions, and serious mental illness.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic management and supportive interventions.

• Provide ongoing medication management with careful consideration of oncology treatments, side effects, and drug interactions.

• Collaborate closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, APPs, social workers, psychologists, palliative care, and nursing staff.

Requirements

• Experience working with oncology, medically complex, or medically ill populations.

• Experience in integrated behavioral health or consultation-liaison psychiatry.

• Familiarity with psychotropic medication management in patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation.

• Experience working in outpatient specialty or hospital-based settings.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
