Key Responsibilities

• will join either the WMH Transitional Aged Care (TAC) team or Inpatient Occupational Therapy Team to plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Occupational Therapy intervention to patients consistent with AHPRA, Uniting, NSW Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards, to achieve patient/client health outcomes within specified timeframes.

• provide comprehensive client centred assessment, outlining clinical reasoning, care plan development and cas.

Requirements

• of 2 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital and / or community setting.

• Experience in aged care/rehabilitation/community/relevant specialty with a high level of knowledge and expertise in contemporary practice highly desirable.

• This position is a Fixed Term Full-time role with possibility extension.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
