About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an RN Nurse Manager for its Wilmington, MA Medicare Certified home health office. This full-time position manages adult and geriatric clients across Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate clinical staff.
• Review clinical documentation for quality.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Coordinate client care and referrals.
• Participate in hiring and community outreach.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in home health.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
