Join Jackson Health as a Physician Assistant, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Full time, Days in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Adult and Pediatric thoracic surgery, including robotic procedures with bedside assist, robotic port placement and docking.

Harvest saphenous vein for CABG by open and endoscopic technique.

Close saphenous vein and median sternotomy incisions, removal of sutures and removal of drains.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

An advanced degree in the specialty is required along with a valid Florida Physician Assistant license and DEA board certification. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of related experience and required certifications in BLS/ACLS and PALS for pediatric procedures.
