Key Responsibilities
- & Responsibilities Assessment and Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for all incoming Daybreak clients (adults and children).
- Engage in person centered treatment planning with persons served.
- Create individual services plans for all clients.
Requirements
-, accrediting bodies, and ethical standards.
- Submit documentation of clinical services within 72 working hours of service delivery, as per agency protocol, to support timely billing and client recordkeeping.
- Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in counseling or social work from an accredited program.
