Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Assess client needs, develop diagnostic evaluations, and create treatment plans.
- Guide clients in setting goals, building strengths, and changing maladaptive behaviors.
- Deliver crisis intervention, education, and referrals to community resources.
Requirements
- Dually Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska as a (P)LADC and (P)LMHP or LIMHP
- Ability to travel between West Point and Norfolk offices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Skilled in motivational interviewing and adaptable in treatment approaches.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
