Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.

• Assess client needs, develop diagnostic evaluations, and create treatment plans.

• Guide clients in setting goals, building strengths, and changing maladaptive behaviors.

• Deliver crisis intervention, education, and referrals to community resources.

Requirements

• Dually Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska as a (P)LADC and (P)LMHP or LIMHP

• Ability to travel between West Point and Norfolk offices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.

• Skilled in motivational interviewing and adaptable in treatment approaches.

Work Schedule
