Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing and be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, requiring one to two years of clinical experience in the NP role, with a minimum of one year in a geriatric specialty. A NYS NP License, Registration, DEA certificates, driver's license, and car are mandatory.
