Key Responsibilities
- Personnel & Operations Management: Oversee student employee workflows and provide daily supervision, including schedule optimization and task prioritization to maintain service standards.
- Professional Development & Training: Identify departmental training gaps and lead the design and delivery of training sessions for staff and student employees.
- Advanced Case Resolution: Resolve complex escalated inquiries, performing root cause analysis to address recurring issues and mitigate student frustration.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Buckeye Link Counselor at Ohio State and knowledge and expertise in at least one of the areas supported by Buckeye Link. Desired Qualifications 4
