Requirements
- Adhere strictly to state and federal laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies regarding patient privacy and controlled substance prescribing.
- Adhere strictly to CMS guidelines regarding billing and coding, operating compliantly under the expectations to avoid fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with licensure and board certification requirements, including timely re-certification.
- Participate in chart reviews, peer collaboration, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold best practices and improve patient outcomes.
