About the Role

Join Treasure Coast Hospice as a Social Worker – M-F Schedule, No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare * Hospice experience preferred * Two years’ experience in patient care, home care or an acute care setting * Must be self-directed; be able to work well independently, as well as a member of a team * Keep up to date professionally via education, continuing education courses, etc.

• Must have the capacity to embrace a flexible work schedule to meet the patient and family needs.

• Provide program development strategies for Treasure Coast Hospice, in an organized, routine capacity that wi.

• develop safety plan, as indicated.

Requirements

• MSW from an approved college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

• Current LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the State of Florida

• Will consider BSW or another Baccalaureate degree in Health and Human Service with experience in healthcare

• Hospice experience preferred

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $55K - $60K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
