- Current RN licensure or temporary Kentucky work permit Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred Completion and maintenance of BLS.
- ACLS & PALS (or ENPC) within 6 months of hire.
- NIHSS within 3 months of hire.
